Polyester / Danline Mix rope is made with Polyester yarn and High Density Polypropylene Danline fiber. The rope is therefore possessing advantages from both materials – Excellent UV and chemical resistance from polyester, and light weight, low water absorption from Polypropylene. The well-balanced performance makes this mix rope a great fit for bottom longline fishing main line, or as general all-purpose rope.

We buy premium grade of polyester yarn from flagship yarn supplier in Taiwan, and we manufacture high density PP Danline with our own in-house extrusion line, with two colors available: natural raw white and light green. Designed in mind for longline use, our PP Danline is 35% stronger than standard Polypropylene fiber. The rope is in 3-strand construction and available with heat-setting for longline use, or without heat-setting for all-purpose rope. We supply this rope from 2.5mm all the way to 20mm in diameter, package can be in hanks or in coils. For long line use the rope is also available with colored resin impregnation (in red, yellow or green). This rope is also used for building our 3-strand swivel line.
